Terms and conditions of purchase and sale

1. The agreement
The agreement applies between you as a customer and Floating AS as responsible for the online store and payment solutions. The following companies deliver the services locally:
- Drammen Float Center – Floate Drammen AS
- Jæren Floating Center – Floate AS
- Trondheim Floating Center – Bare Flyt Trondheim AS
2. Payment
We offer secure payment via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay , Google Pay , Vipps and Klarna . Card information is not stored by us.
3. Cancellation
- Regular treatments: cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund
- Massage and combination packages: cancel at least 48 hours before
- Non-attendance will be charged in full.
4. Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on purchases of products, gift cards and memberships online. Does not apply to products with a broken seal or gift cards that have already been redeemed.
5. Membership
- Can be cancelled within 14 days for a full refund
- No refunds after membership has begun
- Any binding period will be stated upon purchase.
6. Complaints
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time. The deadline is 2 years (5 years for goods intended to last longer).
7. Disclaimer
You are responsible for your own health before, during and after treatment. We are not responsible for lost belongings during your stay.
8. Prices
All prices include VAT. Costs that are not disclosed before purchase will not be charged.
9. Conflict resolution
Disagreements are sought to be resolved amicably. You can also contact the Norwegian Consumer Council or the European Commission's complaint portal.
